MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO (KTVI) – The Final Cut Steakhouse is opening Friday at Hollywood Casino. Chef Mike Padilla talked with Elliot Weiler about some of the dishes on the menu. Forget about the usual turkey or ham for Christmas, how about some steak?
The St. Louis Final Cut features a traditional steakhouse menu. Steaks are hand-cut and dry-aged in house. Final Cut opens to the public on Friday, December 13.
